Abstract

In this presentation, I focus on recent developments in agile governance and regulatory issues in the digital age.The presentation starts with a couple of questions:•What are the impacts of ICTs on governmental and regulatory issues.•How can be explained the new modes of regulations and the altering role of political and administrative structures within the state/business/ society nexus. Conceptual Foundation of Agile Governance and Foundation of «Agile Regulation» are the main focal points of this presentation. Another critical point is the actor-centric dimension of the regulatory issues. In other words how the regulations design and actors' roles in rule-making will be handled.
