Abstract

In this study consisted of two main parts, in the first part, both national regulations on the right to environment in Turkish Law and international regulations assumed by Turkey by virtue of being a party to international regulations were presented; then in the second part, certain special procedures that could be applied in Turkish Law for the protection of the right to environment were addressed; and finally in the last part, considerations on what the law as it should be (de lege ferenda) were expressed in view of the existing law (de lege lata).
