OBJECTIVE: Protein-energy-wasting (PEW) is common and contributes to increased mortality in hemodialysis (HD) patients. Herein we aimed to investigate the relationships between the parameters of malnutrition including dialysis malnutrition score (DMS), bioimpedance analysis (BIA), handgrip strength (FIGS) in chronic HD patients.
