dc.description.abstract | Microstegiol, a diterpene with a new carbon skeleton, was isolated from Salvia microstegia. Determination of the carbon framework and substitution pattern of the isolate was made by series of selective INEPT, COSY and NOE experiments, which also permitted the unambiguous assignment of the C-13 NMR spectrum. | |
