Two different diamagnetic precession signals have been revealed by photo-excited TF-mu SR measurements on high resistivity Ge recently. Here we report the dependence of these signals on the optical excitation power and the dopant concentration/type. The identities of the two diamagnetic states are discussed. (C) 2008 Elsevier B.V.
