dc.description.abstract | From the aerial Parts of Delphinium cyphoplectrum Boiss.,a new norditerpene alkaloid named cyphoplectine has been isolated along with the known norditerpene alkaloids browniine and delphatine. The structure of cyphoplectine was established on the basis of H-1, C-13, APT, homonuclear H-1 COSY, HETCOR and NOESY NMR studies. The alkaloidal mixture showed slight antifeedant and insect repellent activities. | |
