dc.description.abstract | Purpose: Troponin-T(TnT) and creatine kinase-MB (CK-MB) are specific markers of myocardial cell injury. Radiation-induced changes in the ultrastructure of the rat heart was shown, but in these situations, relations of TnT and CK-MB plasma levels was not yet investigated. This study was performed to search for the relationship between these markers and cardiac radiation damage. | |
