Personnel Selection for Manned Diving Operations

Abstract

The selection of personnel for diving operations is a challenging task requiring a detailed assessment of the candidates. In this study, we use computer aided multi-criteria decision support tools in order to evaluate the divers according to their work experience and physical fitness condition.
