dc.description.abstractThe synthetic pathway was described for the synthesis of mono-, bis-, tris-, and tetrakis(thio)substituted butenynes in this review. The starting materials, the types of reactions and products were given. The solvolysis mechanism from butatriene structure to butenyne was also mentioned.
