Abstract

The Paris Peace Conference was a conference where The Allied Powers tried to establish a new international order. Without doubt, the main agenda of the conference was the future of the Ottoman Empire after the Treaty of Versailles. the Ottoman Empire responsed with three memorandums to this process.
