dc.description.abstractMorphological traits of seeds and fruits belonging to Hippophae rhamnoides L. taxa (Sea buckthorn) collected from Kastamonu area in Black Sea region were investigated. Dimensions of fruit, seed and pedicel (length-width) are diagnostic characteristics for H. rhamnoides subsp. caucasica and those were measured and their shapes were observed. Observed that the measurement results of collected shapes and colors of samples were quite different.
