In this paper, a new heuristic technique is presented. This method, inspired from chemical analysis processes, is developed especially for solving nonlinear, multi-variable, complex problems in the area of business and engineering. The matters, whose structures are unknown in the chemical analysis and content is examined, are described as the variables in the optimization problems. Each variable is considered as a matter whose structure is not known exactly and this paper aims to decide about the structures of the matters.
