Abstract

Pollution problem threatening the Globe today has begun with the Industrial Revolution. Industrialisation period accompanied by rapid urbanisation and as a result of this development over-populationed cities has emerged. Today people pay more attention to environmental concern because of heavily polluted nature, over using of natural resources and disturbed ecological system. There ise a battle between industrialisation and environmentalist but there should be a collabaration between urbanisation, technology and the environmentalists for saving the Earth which is our common asset.
