dc.description.abstractInvasive fungal infections are important cause of morbidity and mortality especially in immunocompromised children. In response to the increased incidence and high mortality, novel antifungal agents have been developed. In this review, the efficacy of antifungal drugs and the change of the antifungal therapy were evaluated.
