Following the hunting and collecting periods of history and together with the beginning of farming by human being, transition to sedentary life comes true. The temperate zone which provides opportunities for living conditions and agriculture is very important as being one of the first settlement places. Anatolia, which is named as the center of civilization has hosted various settlements. While being a bridge between East and West for thousands of years, Anatolia has been an attractive place for settlement with its productive soil and temperate climate. Together with these reasons, Anatolian coasts have been critically important. In the Datca peninsula, where our study field included settlement history goes to 2000 B.C. This region always has an important role during history and still protects this importance and also is invaded many times and thus became a residential area of various societies.
