dc.description.abstractWe present a catalog of X-ray afterglows observed by BeppoSAX, XMM-Newton and Chandra. We observe a temporal evolution of the afterglow properties, that we link with a jet effect. We then investigate on the Sako and Rutledge method to detect X-ray lines within the afterglow spectra, and find that this rnethod can be improved.
