IMMEDIATE LOADING

Abstract

After the definition of osseointegration implants are used in dental practice. It is recommended that a osseointegration period for three months in the mandible and six months in the maxilia is nessary. This is a very long period for the patients. Clinicians developed the immediate loading protocal for shorten this time. Immediate lolading; the prosthesis is attached to the same day or in two days the implants are placed. A primary stablization is necessary for immediate loading. Surgery procedure macro and macro structures of implants occlusion and host factors affect the primary stabilization. Immediate loading is planed for edemulous maxilla and mandible and for the areas with good bone quality (like international area of mandible) the aim of this study is to define immediate loading protocol and signify the factors that affect the suceess of immediate loading.
