Abstract
Objectives Mediterranean classic Kaposi sarcoma (KS) of childhood is rare and unexplained. Our objective is to describe the case of a child with complete IFNgammaRI1 deficiency and severe mycobacterial disease in whom Kaposi sarcoma (KS) developed.
