Lung Cancer Staging

Abstract

Staging of lung cancer was first made in 1973 and was revised according to new information obtained by case series. The last staging was proposed by IASCL in 2007 [1] and accepted in 2009 [2]. New regulations are made in T and M descriptors in the new TNM staging but no change is made in N descriptor.
