dc.description.abstractNew security theories are contributing to a new perspective on policy production of governments. Advanced humanitarianism and transparency, demilitarisation and democratising security decision mechanisms are the new vehicles in global politics. International organisations are also building principles for governments, to provide the human security standards. Although feminist security is still underestimated, states are the principal insecurity agents for women.
