dc.description.abstractSome drugs called new generation, second generation and atypical antipsychotics invaded everywhere during the last ten to fifteen years. Initial publication was amazing: without any side effects, they would get rid of schizophrenia, psychosis, and even bipolarity. Astute and skeptical scientists were cautious and observing. Finally it was understood that they had all the unwanted side-effects of the classical neuroleptics, including the fatal ones: extrapyramidal, endocrine-metabolic, and others...
