dc.description.abstract1 wieved.ln this study, it is intended to find out the shelf life of rainbow trout fillet under refrigerated conditions (+4 degrees C+/-1). Stretch film packing includes two pieces of fillets placed on aluminium covered cartoonsheet. Sensory, physical and chemical analysis have been applied every other day, and the findings have been compared with the previous studies and have been found in line with the data available.
