Proton radiative capture cross sections on Pd-102 at energies of astrophysical interest

Abstract

In order to provide a test of the statistical models used in the study of the p-process, we have made measurements of the cross section for the Pd-102(p,gamma)Ag-103 reaction in a range of energies appropriate for the explosive environments leading to the rp- and gamma -subprocesses.
