| dc.description.abstract | Because of the importance of providing the danger which occurs from driving under the influance of alcohol, drugs or other reasons the turkish lawmaker has regulated this act as an offence. In this article we tried to analyse this offence and emphasise the problamatic views such as the limit of blood alcohol content, participation or aggregation. We hope to at least give an idea about the discussions about this certain offence. | |
