dc.description.abstract | Fatty acids were extracted from fish by using a special machine called "Supercritical Fluid CO2 Extraction Machine". In this study, our aim was to extract poly unsaturated fatty acids from Angler's liver with the method of supercritical CO2 extraction. Three different degrees of the pressure (200, 240 and 280 bar), three different degrees of the heat (35, 40 and 45degreesC) and five different time intervals (60, 120, 180, 240 and 300 min) were selected and the analysis were made in 45 different points. | |
