Pulmonary complications of Behcet's disease
Özet
Pulmonary complications of Behcet's disease, especially pulmonary artery aneurysms, represent an important cause of morbidity and mortality. The nature and severity of complications vary in range from mild hemoptysis, dyspnea, or chest pain to life-threatening hemoptysis. Helical CT and MRI are currently the methods of choice for the diagnosis of pulmonary complications. Corticosteroids and immunosuppressive drugs are the cornerstones of treatment.
