Chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) has been reported to be associated with various chromosomal aberrations, the most common being trisomy 12 and structural rearrangements involving 13q, 11q, and 17p. We present a case of CLL with a constitutional pericentric inversion of chromosome 1. (C) Elsevier Science Inc., 2000. All rights reserved.
